Every decision we make is a reflection of our values.

What we eat. What we do for work. How we show up (for ourselves and others). Everything about our identity comes back to our core values.

I help my clients (re)discover their core values so they can more easily make decisions, clearly define their boundaries and live life more intentionally.

We start with a seven-step values-finding exercise, where values are discovered from the inside out. We never choose words from a list. My clients go beyond what they've been told to value or what society has made them feel they "should" value, and they discover their deepest, truest personal core values. Their own True North.

Once my clients (re)discover their authentic core values, we work together to create a plan for putting those values in action. Or, as one of my (s)heroes Brené Brown says, we "operationalize them."

I use mindfulness tools and mindset coaching to help clients bring their values to life in eight key areas:

  1. Fun & Recreation
  2. Career
  3. Money
  4. Personal Development
  5. Significant Other/Romance
  6. Friends & Family
  7. Health
  8. Physical Environment

When you're aligned with your values, you can live and lead with more clarity, more confidence and more connection—to yourself and those around you.

You become your truest self, and I'd love to help you get there.
